Al Meera Consumer Goods Company: Disclosure of Judgment in Case

Noting that the (initial) contested judgment decided to compensate Mr. Muhammad Nasser Al-Qahtani with the amount received by each member of the Board of Directors for the years 2019 and 2020, for a total amount of 1,650,000, plus to an amount of 100,000 riyals as compensation and Al Meera is currently conducting cassation proceedings.
