A 27-year-old automobile driver was injured in a spectacular accident in Hendschiken AG on Friday afternoon. He had lost control of his vehicle, which crossed a narrow piece of forest and then rolled over several times.
According to the Aargau Cantonal Police, the accident occurred shortly before 1.30 p.m. on Saturday. The vehicle had shaved several trees on the side of the road in a small piece of forest and overturned several times before it came to a standstill in the adjacent field, totally damaged. The injured driver was brought to the hospital with an ambulance.
The public prosecutor’s office in Lenzburg-Aarau initiated a criminal investigation to clarify the cause of the accident. She also ordered a blood and urine test on the injured driver.
