F. S. * wanted to kill 36-year-old A.V. * on September 9, 2015 with nine pistol bullets, it says in the indictment. The victim was hit by two bullets. A.V. would not have been able to fight back because he was so surprised. Because of this act, the 34-year-old is on Tuesday in front of the Toggenburg district court. Among other things, he has to answer for murder and if it goes to the public prosecutor, he should be jailed for 20 years. Both wanted the same woman
The 34-year-old from North Macedonia knew his victim. They both wanted to be with the same woman. And they were both with her at times. Because this house was half his, it says in the indictment. The day before the murder, the three had a clarifying conversation. This had gone peacefully. The woman announced that she had finally decided on V. and S. had to pack his things and hand over the house key.
“Should I kill him?”
That same evening, S. told his accomplice that he was going to kill V. The courted woman could not dissuade him from that. When he drove her to work that day, he asked her if he should kill V. You declined this.
The next day, the two suspects met before the crime. S. announced that he would now shoot V. and asked his accomplices to drive him to Ganterschwil. Initially, he tried to dissuade him from the idea. But then he drove.
