Dramatic scenes took place in a residential area on Tenerife in Spain. While the parents are taking a shower, a toddler climbs out the window of an apartment on the fourth floor. It runs on the high-rise ledge to the balcony and then balances back again.
A family on vacation took the scene. According to media reports, the daughter was filming while the father went over to alarm the child’s parents. The video was uploaded to Facebook. It says that the child is fine and that nothing has happened.
In the video you can see the girl balancing on the skyscraper ledge.
