Samsung extended the trial period to access The Frame Art Store

Samsung announced that during 2022 it will extend the trial period of its Art Store to two months, which will allow users of its product ‘The Frame’ to access to a gallery more than 1,600 works of art, with 626 artists from 42 countries.

The product, which was launched in 2017, has been well received by consumers as a way to personalize their spaces. The brand highlighted that in 2021 alone the increase in subscribers was 13% with more than 300,000 users.

The platform has access to the works of more than 53 museums and galleries internationally, including the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg and the Prado Museum in Madrid.

Regarding sustainability, Samsung explained that by putting the TV in The Frame mode, energy consumption is one third less than conventional mode and when there are no people in the room, the screen will turn off automatically.

“Users in various countries around the world have found in The Frame an ideal solution that integrates a state-of-the-art TV that offers the best image quality, but at the same time blends in with home decoration,” the company concluded.
