Rotary prepares hair drive for cancer patients

A collection that will try to collaborate with cancer patients in Gandulfo is what the Rotary Club Lomas Este is preparing for November 26 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Residents can visit the headquarters located at Avenida Almirante Brown 2163, Lomas to donate locks of hair that will be used to make wigs.

The “Anais Hair Collection, Shared Locks” is the first of this style undertaken by the Rotary Lomas Este thanks to the joint work with the NGO Doná Cabello Argentina which has national reach.

“With this initiative we want to provide emotional support to that person with cancer. Therefore, the collection will be for the patients of Gandulfo, who will be able to contact the national NGO to request a wig. In fact, we have already contacted some patients of the lomas hospital with Doná Cabello Argentina to place the order,” he explained.
