The Playstation 5 it’s getting closer, so Sony You are getting ready to start your worldwide marketing. Part of that process starts with the trademark registration (PS5), something the company has already started to do in Switzerland. The document offers new clues of what this powerful machine will be able to do.
Sony has enrolled the console in the software category to augmented reality games. The registry also refers to software video games to use on mobile devices, which would indicate that factors such as the remote game would be the new PS5.
These are the only two categories from which new information about the console has been extracted, since the rest touches already traditional factors in the world of Sony.
Apparently, Sony continues to bet on virtual reality technology with new peripherals, so a commitment to augmented reality could serve as a complement to all the new experiences that the console will provide.
Virtual reality does not appear as one of the wishes of lovers of PlayStation, so it can be thought that augmented reality is not an important factor for console users.
