Anna Chromy was born on July 18, 1940 in Český Krumlov. At the end of World War II, her family moved to Austria, where Anna studied ballet. After the wedding, she moved to Paris and began studying art, she was fascinated by surrealism, her role model became Salvador Dali. She has lived with her husband in Monte Carlo since 1980.
