Supporters of IMRO have blocked the entrance to the prime minister’s apartment, Nova TV showed in a short report.
Kiril Petkov lives near the parliament in the center of the capital and walks to the Council of Ministers and the National Assembly. Today in the parliament will be the debates on the vote of no confidence against his government, and IMRO is among the parties that, along with “Vazrazhdane”, have protested on the yellow paving stones.
MEP Angel Djambazki is leading activists who have cordoned off the prime minister’s co-operative entrance. They accuse him of national treason because of Northern Macedonia, and have made posters against Petkov.
The permission of Djambazki’s party and former Deputy Prime Minister Krassimir Karakachanov is for a protest in the afternoon, they did not inform the municipality about their action this morning on the corner of Ivan Vazov and Shishman streets.
Shortly after 8 a.m., it became clear that the prime minister had probably already gone to work through the courtyard of his cooperative, while the IMRO agitator was keeping the sidewalk in front of the building blocked.
