This year has brought great changes in the actor’s life. After living for more than ten years in the center of Riga, the actor’s home is now in the district of the capital, Ķengarags, where he lives with his youngest daughter Victoria and granddaughter Maria.
“I moved to live with my daughter three months ago because I have lost my sight. How was it? I didn’t know anything about it. There were no signs of it, except that I had a dizziness regularly half a year before. I woke up one morning and had a dark picture. The next day I went to the doctor. I also had an operation. Now it’s a little better, because, for example, I see my fingers through the fog. When I look at people, I only see shapes, some silhouettes. In general, there are some improvements, and the doctor was happy. eye pressure has returned to normal, but there is no talk of complete vision recovery, ”says Rudolfs.
