Bronx Teen Stabbed in Critical Condition – Another Fatal Stabbing in Rose Hill

A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after being stabbed this Saturday night in the Bronx, with a sharp object in the neck.

Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy for first-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

At around six o’clock yesterday afternoon the police arrived after an emergency call to White Plains Road between Lydig Avenue and Pelham Parkway South.

It is still not known what led to such an attack; Police may be looking for several suspects in this case.

Meanwhile, police continue to investigate the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old man in Rose Hill.

This incident happened around 10:30 pm on Friday, at East 26th Street and Park Avenue South.

There they found Denzel Bimpey, a resident of the Bronx, with multiple stab wounds in the chest, shoulder and arm.

He was transported to the Hospital where his death was certified.

One person was previously detained for questioning but was released a short time later.
