An employee of Ventspils Freeport Authority has been infected with Covid-19; cancels trips by excursion boat

The employee, who has been diagnosed with the Covid-19 virus, works in the administrative building of the Freeport of Ventspils Authority at Jāņa Street 19. At present, the circle of contact persons for whom mandatory quarantine has been established has already been identified. Reception of visitors at Jāņa Street 19 will be prohibited for the time being.

The Authority emphasized that the restrictions would not affect the organization of shipping in the port in any way.
