“Again and again.” Ivo Fomin has a new song with Rača’s words

Ivo Fomins: “One evening I flipped through the new collection of poems by Guntars and I really liked the poem of June 25. It was said that it was the most important thing, the ability to support each other. I contacted Guntars and he agreed to write down a few more verses. I have been raising this song for quite some time until it is ready, and I decided to publish it. ”

Guntars Račs: I was happy to watch the poems from the book “365” gradually turn into songs. These lines, written on June 25 last year, tell about mutual help. For friendship and love, which experiences both moments of uplift and heavy falls. And if you’ve fallen, it’s so important to have someone to help you get up. ”

2018 promises to be very active for the singer. Recently, a very small family, during a trip to Thailand, has celebrated an important anniversary of life, with a wider public celebration planned for the autumn. Then the anniversary will be celebrated with a series of major concerts, performing in Liepaja, Riga and Jelgava.

Along with her anniversary solo program and work with the group, Ivo has agreed to participate in Rača’s new project “Sweet Faces” and already in April and May, together with other musicians involved in the project, to perform at the “365” festival concerts in Skrunda on April 20, Viesite on April 21. Bauska 22.04., Talsi 10.05., Aizpute 11.05., Mālpils 12.05., Ventspils 13.05., Jelgava 20.05. and Ādaži 26.05. This new song will also be performed in these concerts.

The new song in Liepāja was produced by Roberts Dinters, but mixed by the group member Zigmārs Miemis. Sound post-processing or so-called “master” studio was performed by Ģirts Laumanis in Hodila Records, Valmiera.
