“Friends have already warned me, but I did not listen to anyone,” Basharov said. “So far I don’t understand what draws him to alcohol, everything was very good for us, both the wedding was beautiful and the work.” The actor says that under the influence of alcohol, Arharova has completely lost control of herself – to such an extent that Marat has had to imprison her. Even at public events, the wife has not behaved like a gentle lamb. “It doesn’t work at all, a drunk man comes out, starts scandalizing, constantly cursing … Very uncomfortable,” Basharov remembers a public outing, who allegedly locked his wife in the room of the hotel where the event took place. He then contacted the wife’s parents and told them to take the daughter to him. And he hadn’t seen him in a month.

Then Catherine arrived at their summer house and staged a powerful scandal there. Marat, in turn, announced his intention to divorce and tried to get out of the house: “I loaded her. I didn’t hit her many times. I loaded her once, called her father and said, ‘Please gather your daughter.'”

This event in the second half of 2014 was also followed by a major scandal. Catherine went to the hospital, and later the media complained about Marat’s violence and alcoholism. In 2015, the couple divorced.
