The 32-year-old motorcyclist, driving with other motorcycle members through the city, only realized at the last moment that the driver could not see him.
“As a result of the collision, the rider suffered various injuries, including a leg fracture. At the moment, the police are explaining the circumstances of what happened, ”says Lāsma Kursīte, a representative of the Latgale Region Police Department.
