Novak Djokovic ended his performance at the Tokyo Olympics after withdrawing from the mixed-pair competition due to a shoulder injury.
The Serbian, world number 1, had already lost the possibility of winning the bronze medal in the individual competition against Spaniard Pablo Carreño.
Djokovic won only one medal, the bronze medal in Beijing2008, in his three appearances at the Olympic Games.
