Beatriz Carvalho, a player on the women’s football team at Ponte de Frielas, used social media to denounce that she was the target of aggression by two teammates after announcing that she would leave the club.
The player points the finger at the captain and the other player, who does not identify, saying, even though another athlete who tried to help her was also attacked, both being seriously injured.
However, also through social networks, Ponte Frielas denies the situation: «We repudiate and vehemently deny all accusations made to our club and athletes, also denying that the aforementioned athletes are prohibited from entering the club, a situation that has already happened this week. »
