Canada finished in the first placement. Goal Senegal 85-56 and remained undefeated in the tournament. The winner had a devastating first part. After winning +14 the first quarter, he continued his offensive rhythm, went to the locker room 50 – 36 and managed the score until the end. He dominated the rebounds with Eday (18 pts, 17 rebounds) in the lead, followed by Nembhard (17 pts, 4 rebounds, 8 assists).
Lithuania did not leave any doubts in its last presentation either. Super Japan 95-63 with a regular performance on both sides. He knew how to make a difference from the start (28 – 13) to go to the dressing room +25 and keep the match in order. He had a good time with the ball (25 assists) added to his ability for second options where Lelevicius (15) and Tubelis (15) were the best of the winner.

B GROUP
Serbia needed a great closing to conquer the first place. They beat hometown Latvia 71 – 70 after a first half dominated by the host. Jovic with 16 pts followed by Petrovic with 12 pts were the best of the winner. Latvia started a formidable offensive rhythm (24 – 16) and sustained it throughout the first half to go +13 at halftime. Serbia better on both sides, and came with chances at the end. Latvia with 7-25t3, lost ground and Serbia with a bombshell 17s from the end kept the game.
Iran generated surprise and changes in positions. He beat Puerto Rico 81-68 to take third place in the group and leave Puerto Rico last. Girgoorian with 24 pts was the figure of the winner. Irn started at a good pace, surprised in the first quarter (22 – 16) and had a great closing game. Puerto Rico suffered its 3-25t3, had no solutions and Iran with a resounding 29 – 18 was left with the victory.

GROUP C
As expected, Spain had no setbacks against Korea. Domin 99 – 48 after a good second quarter (23 – 12) that led him to tilt the court in the second half. He raised his offensive flow (12-35t3) with 30 assists where Jimenez (20 pts) and Domnguez (16 pts) were the main pillars. He sentenced everything in a phenomenal final quarter (35 – 13).
Argentina’s loose defeat to France put it in second place. He came out benefited with the albiceleste (beyond having lost) for the meetings between s and his 0 (lost and won by one point) between the three leading teams.

GROUP D
The United States made clear their favoritism within the tournament. He celebrated against Australia 88-67 after a formidable first half overall. Lofton (16 pts, 7 rebounds) and Miles (16 pts) the best in the North Americans. Although the United States started at a furious pace, it found a formidable second quarter of the oceans that caused everything to remain just 44 – 42. The current champion intensified his walk on both sides, caused a resounding 23-8 and tilted the court.
A tough match took Argentina’s next rival. Turkey barely beat Mali 58-54 to take second place. Mutaf with 13 points was the scorer. A very tangled game, Turkey started correctly, won 17 – 10 but Mali improved its image. Ballo (16 pts, 13 rebounds) and Coulibaly (14 pts, 6 rebounds, 5 assists) put their team on the line, although Turkey relied on its defense and a better finish to finish second.
