The group’s leader Tommy received his second dose of the vaccine on Sunday in a Finnish city, dressed in his group’s unique stage costume.
“They put a huge syringe in my hand. That’s why I came here, ”said the musician after receiving the booster dose of Covid-19.
The musician has been vaccinated against Covid-19 in a costume to encourage younger people to receive vaccines against the coronavirus.
The group “Lordi” are the winners of the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, bringing Finland the first victory in the song contest. They are known as a band that performs in scary masks and uses pyrotechnics in concerts.
