Allergies are overreactions or excessive inflammation in things that are not supposed to cause harm. According to Mesty, allergy symptoms range from itching, cough and cold to shortness of breath which prevents the patient from breathing and is at risk of death.
“Children whose symptoms are restless at night. There is no cough or runny nose. Sleep is awakened. Or it is difficult to sleep. It turned out that when the doctor saw his nose, it was all clogged,” she said. Mesty.
Mesty said, especially for mites as a trigger, people need to regularly clean bedding, especially mattresses and sofas, and ensure cleanliness until all mites are removed.
