The Polígono de Santa Ana will have its Health Center | Radio Cartagena

The City Council of Cartagena will cede two municipal plots to the Autonomous Community for the construction and start-up of the future health center of the Polígono de Santa Ana.

In this sense, the Local Government Board has approved the transfer of a 2,000 square meter plot, valued at 345,000 euros, and another of 502 square meters, of 333,946.22 euros, in which the future health center will be located. For its part, the Autonomous Community must start up the installation in a maximum of five years.

The 502 square meter plot is located within the Unit of Action A of the Partial Plan of the Polígono de Santa Ana, between Palermo and Turin streets, and is where the medical office is currently located. In this way, the office will be remodeled and expanded to become a health center.

With this approval, both plots are transferred to the Autonomous Community, which undertakes to build and put into operation the new sanitary facility in the Santa Ana Polígono within a maximum period of five years, as well as to keep it open to citizens for 30 years. Once this period is over, the property will once again be owned by the Cartagena City Council.
