You can also experience the traditional “burning of the witches” in the capital, where the Children’s and Youth Center of the capital city of Prague is organizing two events for young and old visitors on Tuesday, April 30.
“The Witch in the Engineer Station”
The technician station of the Prague Children’s and Youth Center has prepared a magical afternoon full of games and entertainment for Tuesday, April 30, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the area in Podbaba, craft workshops will be waiting for the children, where they will be able to make their own witch and similar themed products. In addition, there will be a sample fencing lesson, demonstrations of the activities of the clubs and a number of fun activities for the visitors.
The main program will take place in front of the so-called Stejšn, in the courtyard and on Paletovisk. In the early evening, there will be a fire for roasting burritos and dough snakes. There will also be a plant SWAP at the event, so visitors will be able to take home a new addition to the garden.
In good weather, the outdoor track will be in operation.
The witch on Klamovka
An afternoon full of fun is also prepared at the club in Klamovec in Prague 5. The program will start at 5:00 p.m. and last until 7:00 p.m.
