We have a vacancy for a legal assistant.
You support the Compliance Officer in anti-money laundering regulations as well as in other compliance matters (such as whistleblower legislation).
- You follow up all documents related to the various transactions that fall under anti-money laundering legislation
- You request all documents from the various authorities, such as other football clubs, real estate agents, seat holders, etc. This concerns passports, deed of incorporation, annual accounts, bank certificates, etc.
- You focus on research via the internet
- You help prepare the reports
- You easily interpret the annual accounts.
- You accompany the Compliance Officer in the meetings at the Pro League
- You take responsibility for smaller legal questions
- You provide support in other compliance matters
PROFILE
- You have a bachelor’s degree in legal practice
- You speak and write fluently in English and French
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office
- You are very analytical and flexible
