Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Yulia Savelyeva, a nutrition expert and detoxification specialist, revealed that frequent mood swings, loss of appetite, frequent colds, muscle pain and cramps are symptoms of vitamin D deficiency in the body.

She told Gazeta.Ru: “It is necessary for a person to check the level of vitamin D in his body in cases of: osteoporosis, muscle weakness, cramps, decreased cognitive function, recurrence of acute respiratory infections, insomnia, loss of appetite, anxiety and irritability.”

She explained that the deficiency of this vitamin in the body can be compensated for by eating certain foods such as fatty fish, cod liver, egg yolks, and dairy products.
