According to the band members, in honor of the anniversary, the band has prepared its best and latest program of compositions. The repertoire of the program includes the popular songs “Why I Don’t Have Red Redhead”, “Knock”, “I Don’t Care About Everything”, “Day”, “I Don’t Love You”, “My Beloved Girl”, “Evening Wind” and other time-tested compositions.
Guntars Račs, a member of the group and the author of the lyrics, says about the upcoming concert tour: “Good things are not time-barred. This is the second year that the band has been celebrating 30 years on stage, and we are feeling better and more confident. Each of our meetings is a celebration for us that turns into a real celebration when the audience joins us. Our concerts are not only an exchange of energy, but also an exchange of experiences, fun stories, musical experiments and improvisations. We have started a collaboration with Lolita Ritmanis, a prominent Latvian film composer living in Hollywood, who has also created new songs, but of course the essence of the concert will be the “good old” hits about Mercedes, About the Day, that even when it doesn’t matter to us, however, everything does not matter. There will also be Dear Girls, Little Fighters … We will knock, we will (Not) love Early Morning and finally agree on one Silent and Infinitely Unifying Song! Drums will sound, bass will sound, guitar and piano keys will sing, and above all – the healing tones of Siegfried’s strong voice! There will also be a short break in poetry, and I will delight some specific listeners by dedicating their latest poems from the 365 books. ”
The members of the group – Zigfrīds Muktupāvels, Guntars Račs, Uģis Tirzītis and Andris Alviķis – are longing to meet their listeners!
