Óquei Barcelos mourns the death of young Rui Picas, aged just 15, during a scouting activity he attended this Saturday in Igreja Nova, Barcelos.
Rui Picas was part of the under 17 team of the Minho group and this Saturday at lunchtime he fell ill. The alert was given at 12:20 and the Barcelos firefighters tried unsuccessfully to revive him, declaring death on the spot.
