The man who broke a golf club on his neighbor in Grigny last Tuesday was sentenced to prison.
This 40-year-old was sentenced to six months in prison and placed under an electronic bracelet. He was tried for aggravated violence with a weapon, indicates Progress on Monday.
As a reminder, a neighborhood dispute had degenerated for an undetermined reason. The individual had taken out a golf club and had broken his weapon on the arm of his neighbor, before pushing the broken part into the neck of the victim.
Police and firefighters were called in to help. The victim had been hospitalized but his life was not in danger.
