Size certainly seems to matter. At least if you ask Samsung. The company is rumored to be working on an Ultra variant of its upcoming tablet S8 and the big news seems to be a massive 14.6-inch OLED panel. The information comes from the master leak Ice Universe which not only reveals the device’s screen size, but also that it will have the resolution 2960 x 1848 pixels with the aspect ratio 16:10 and 120Hz refresh rate.
Earlier rumors indicate that the tablet will run the currently unpublished Snapdragon 898, 12GB frame and a proper battery of 11500mAh.
When the Tab S8 series will be presented is currently unknown. The Tab S7 series was introduced a year ago, but tablets do not need to be released on conveyor belts like mobile phones, so the release of the S8 series will probably be delayed until later this autumn or early next year.
