This new assessment brings to 12,636 the number of contaminations in the Kingdom since the declaration of the first case on March 2, and to 9,026 the number of people fully recovered, representing a cure rate of approximately 71.4%.
The death toll has stabilized at 228, with no deaths recorded in the past 24 hours.

According to information reported by Hespress, new infections have been recorded in 8 regions of Morocco.
The Fès-Meknès region recorded 40 new cases, Casablanca-Settat 22 cases, Marrakech-Safi 12 cases, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra 9 cases, Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima 6 cases, Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra 6 cases, Oriental region 5 cases, and Dakhla Oued Dahab 3 cases.
The ministry invites citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health security as well as the preventive measures taken by the authorities, demonstrating responsibility and patriotism.
