A serious accident closed the Ruse-Byala road this morning – in the section near the junction for Dve Mogili. Two people died in the accident, reported the Emergency Service in Ruse.
The crash was reported after 8:00 this morning. According to initial information, a car collided with a heavy truck. The car caught fire on impact.
Teams of the police, emergency services and the fire department were immediately sent to the scene, writes BTA.
Two people traveling in the car died in the accident. Their identities are yet to be established. The truck driver was not injured and refused a medical examination.
Police teams regulate traffic. The traffic takes place on a bypass route – through Dve Mogili and the junction for Batishnitsa to the main Ruse-Byala road.
