With the release of the album “Naivais ku-ku”, “Carnival Youth” will start the “Naive Ku-ku” concert tour in Latvian castles and manors. In total, it is planned to tour nine Latvian manors and castles. “Latvia has fantastic castles and wonderful manors, and we have taken care of a great reason to go see them!” says group member Roberts Vanags. “In our opinion, the” Naive Ku-ku “concert program fits perfectly into this aesthetic. We are longing to play concerts as much as possible, so we invite you to tour the pearls of Latvia with us!”
With the support of the Gulbene municipality, a music video clip has been made for the song “Alvas zaldātiņi” in the picturesque Stāmeriena castle, where one of the concerts of the tour will also take place. The director of the clip, Tom Harjo, admits: “The protagonist, who lives on the verge of dementia, feels as passionate as his healthy, trusted companions, who still hold shoulder to shoulder. I wanted to create a clip that would allow emotional connection to the characters and their experiences. Go away from alienation and illustration and create real fiction. ”
