WINTERTHUR ZH – ZHAW researchers carried out a survey among Swiss cities in order to feel their “smart city pulse”. Accordingly, at the end of last year, 23 of the 84 cities surveyed had a developed Smart City strategy, as the university announced on Thursday. One is in development in seven cities.
