Therefore, the public explanation would be that Petkov, like Boyko Borisov, is taking a step back from the executive power. However, the unofficial thing is that “We continue the change” and “Democratic Bulgaria” were in serious conflict because of Petkov’s ambition to take away at any cost the services from the supervision of the president Rumen Radev. However, Asen Vasilev will firmly be in Academician Denkov’s team as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. To fill the remaining ministerial posts, “Promyanata” will rely on its former and current MPs, whose names are not very popular with the public. Radoslav Rybarski, who headed the relevant committee in the 47th parliament, and was vice-chairman in the previous one, is being talked about for energy.

Vladimir Tabutov was an option for ecology. He failed to enter the National Assembly from the Blagoevgrad list, and according to the coalition’s report to the Audit Chamber, he donated BGN 100,000 to the election campaign.
