In an interview with BPlay, Everton took stock of his first season at Benfica, and left a guarantee: he wants to make the story of an eagle on his chest.
«I’m a very fulfilled person, I have two healthy children, I’m happily married, I play for the biggest club in Portugal… I don’t lack anything! I want to win titles for Benfica and leave my name in the club’s history», stressed the 25-year-old Brazilian winger.
“I feel very proud of what I have done, personally and professionally. I was able to give happiness to the Brazilian fans, from Grêmio, my old club, and I hope to be able to give happiness to the Benfica fans too», he stressed, adding: «Benfica is a club with a gigantic ‘fans’ and can give them joy, and receive praise on the street makes me feel very happy.”
