PSP source added to Lusa that the four men “operated in the Historic Center of Porto, in Ribeira do Porto and in Cais de Gaia, attacking women tourists who were alone, in the alleys, sometimes resorting to violence, part of which had need to receive hospital assistance due to injuries caused by trying to resist theft “.
The four detainees are suspected of 17 robberies and the operation carried out, which included “two arrest warrants and two home search warrants, also resulted in the seizure of” several bladed weapons (knives and razors), mobile phones, a portable computer , a ‘tablet pc’, a camera, several documents of victims and the sum of 1,910 euros “, also reads in the information provided.
