“This is exclusively my fault, because in the end I am fully responsible for everything, including the decision taken on Monday, about the so-called Easter holiday. I explained this to the Prime Ministers [федеральных земель] earlier in a short videoconference, and also informed the chairpersons of the parliamentary groups in the Bundestag about this, and it is important for me to say this here as well. A mistake should be called a mistake, and first of all it needs to be corrected – and if possible, done in a timely manner.
