This Candidate Promises to Go to the Moon, Cars, and Helicopters if Selected. Page all

MADURAI, KOMPAS.com – A legislative candidate in Tamil Nadu, India, went viral because it promised a bombastic item if selected.

And legislative candidates this one named Thulam Saravanan promises roads to month, cars, up to helicopter to every house.

Saravanan will compete as an independent candidate from the South Madurai constituency.

Having come without any political party, Saravanan used the trash can as a symbol of his campaign.

To the Indian news agency YEARS, Saravanan said his good promises directly touched voters.

“The question arises whether I can fulfill it. I think I can. I am ready to spend a lot of money to fulfill my promise,” he said.

Reported India.com Friday (26/3/202), the candidate not only promised a helicopter and a three-story house.

He is also ready to give iceberg as high as 300 feet (91 meters) so that the people of Madurai do not overheat.

Saravanan also agreed to build rocket launchers, and donated car for each constituent.

What’s even more ridiculous is, he promised to invite residents for a walk to Month if a representative of the people.

In his defense, Saravanan said he mocked a political party that also promised grandeur, and forgot to be so selective.

Legislative elections in Tamil Nadu are reportedly taking place on April 6, with vote counting completed May 2.
