MArcelo Hertzriken Velasco, lawyer for Guadalupe’s family, questioned in harsh terms the actions of the Police and Justice, before and after the femicide committed by Quintriqueo. He stated that the last action of the Family Court was at the beginning of February, with the last request for help from the victim.
The femicide died after two suicide attempts, one after committing the crime and another while he was detained and interned. “The person who was interned seriously injured a police officer, a colleague of the same police officer he was guarding. There is already a problem there, ”declared the on-air defender of El Cordillerano Radio, in dialogue with Antonio Zidar.

“It is the last part of a series of very unfortunate events that the Administration of Justice and the Police of the province of Neuquén have starred in,” he added during the radio dialogue. In this context, according to the lawyer, “there was evidence to order preventive detention of Quintriqueo”, before the fatal event.
Regarding the death of the femicide, he remarked: “We are doomed to this that, as a defender of the family, leaves us empty-handed. She is a 20-year-old girl who appealed to the Justice and was not treated properly ”.
With all this, he charged his accusations against Judge Videla: “He never sent a letter. He is the first person in charge and then all the officials who are below ”.
