A resident of London, Ellen Davis, who weighed 120 kilograms, lost half of her weight by eliminating several foods from her diet, writes the Mirror newspaper.

The girl decided to lose weight when she did not find any suitable dress for school prom. It is reported that Davis had weight problems all his life and by the age of 16 he had reached 120 kilograms.

In 2016, not finding a dress, she decided to visit a doctor and start fighting overweight. She also developed polycystic ovary syndrome, which threatened her ability to be a mother.

To solve the problems, doctors advised to change the diet: reduce the amount of sweets, snacks, and meat.

Davis has given up her favorite sausage buns and uses a protein shake instead. After six months, she was able to switch to vegetarianism. The girl does not forget about the gym. She goes in for sports five times a week. As a result, the weight decreased by 60 kilograms.

The weight dropped by half after a year of trying. Despite losing weight, the girl was left with flabby skin and ended up having a tummy tuck. “Within a year, I lost more than half of my weight, which I could not believe. My size has finally decreased, and I began to feel confident,” said 21-year-old Davis.
