The rest of the workers who will no longer be able to get on public transport, will have to re-process the permit to move, are those “excepted” that are part of the “non-essential” items, such as independent professionals, merchants and employees of local businesses, among others.
Next, we will explain step by step how to process the new Circulation Certificate.
As a first step we must enter the page web argentina.gob.ar. When descending, under the title PROCEDURES AND SERVICES, we will find a box that invites request the new circulation certificate and download the Caring app – Covid-19.

By clicking on this link, the page directs us to the section “Certificate of circulation – coronavirus COVID-19”. At the bottom of the page, we will find two boxes, one to process the certificate enabling to circulate, and the other to download it once at least 4 hours have passed. from the end of the process. To start managing the permit, we must click on the first box.

Then, we must inform if we have or Argentine DNI. People who do not have an Argentine DNI will only be able to process the permit if they have a precarious residence pending.

Once the corresponding option has been selected, a blue box will appear with the legend CONTINUOUS, to continue with the process.
Next, the application will derive to a section in which we must select the Argentine province in which we reside.

Once chosen, we will click on “CONTINUOUS” and we will be referred to the next step, in which we must select the reason for the exception.
Only two options will appear:
1) Because you have to travel to your work
2) Special permits, for extraordinary situations, such as the need to carry out any urgent process, prolonged medical treatment, transfer of sons or daughters (in the case of separated parents) or assistance to a relative (elderly people, with some capacity especially, risk patients).

By choosing the first option, a questionnaire will be opened for us to indicate what activity we carry out. Once we select the corresponding option, we must click on the green box that indicates “COMPLETE THE FORM”.

IMPORTANT!
We must make a parenthesis regarding the DNI processing number, since, depending on the DNI version we have, the number will be on the front or back of the card.
