SEOUL, KOMPAS.com – Former South Korean President Kim Dae-jung’s former aide claims Supreme Leader North Korea Kim Jong Un is in a coma.
He speculates, Kim Jong Un koma when sharing some power to his younger sister, Kim Yo Young, to run the country.
The former South Korean official named Chang Song-min claimed that Kim Jong Un was in a coma, “but his life is not over”.

“The complete succession structure has not yet been established, so Kim Yo Jong was put forward because the vacancy could not be maintained for a long time,” he said. Fox News, Monday (24/8/2020).
His claim came after South Korean spies revealed that Kim Jong Un, 36, had delegated some authority to his closest aides, including his younger sister, according to South Korean news agencies. Yonhap.
South Korean spies also pointed out that Kim Yo Jong, 33, is now a “second person in a role de facto” of Jewelry, although not yet legally appointed as his successor.

In a closed meeting with lawmakers last week, South Korea’s National Intelligence Service said, “Kim Yo Jong, deputy chair of the Central Committee of the Labor Party, directs overall state affairs to the delegation.”
However, Kim Jong Un still maintains “absolute authority”.
Even so, Chang’s claims are still doubtful because this is not the first time Kim Jong Un’s condition has been speculated due to his long absence from appearing in public.

In April, rumors surfaced of Kim Jong Un’s passing after his heart surgery failed. At that time he disappeared from the public for three weeks.
The North Korean government has never explained Kim’s whereabouts, including the reason why the Supreme Leader missed celebrating the 108th birthday of his late grandfather who was also the founder of North Korea, Kim Il Sung.
Then, after photos and videos of Kim Jong Un inaugurating a fertilizer factory near Pyongyang, a South Korean Government official said to Fox News, “Our government believes there are no indications that a medical procedure has taken place.”
