Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle left London behind for good. The two packed up and labeled Los Angeles their new home city. But the Duke of Sussex is now homesick, say the authors of the new book. “That sentiment peaked when his father, Prince Charles, tested positive for corona,” said royalty watchers Andy and Dylan.

The couple was immediately locked up for a while when they arrived in Los Angeles. “He wanted to be with his family, but it was not because of the lockdown,” the book says. “On top of that, he also has a fear of flying, which he has to overcome every time he makes the long crossing from Great Britain to the United States.” According to the writers, Meghan is fully ‘supporting’ him, and she seems to ‘insist that he will love their new life in LA when the media storm blows over’.

According to the book, Meghan really enjoys the ‘glitz and glamor’ in Hollywood, but ‘it is quite an adjustment for Harry’. The couple lives in a gigantic villa with son Archie, but it takes some getting used to. “Royals are used to avoiding media attention, while celebs like Meghan are just looking it up.” But Harry will not quickly decide to return, they say. “He made his choice. It wouldn’t be easy to undo everything now.”
