The court held that the Switch is a portable host with an independent screen and relatively weak performance. However, consumers will also consider key factors such as price and portability when purchasing. Nintendo was involved in the dispute between the FTC and Microsoft, mainly because the FTC insisted on focusing on high-performance game consoles, and believed that after Microsoft acquired Blizzard, there might be doubts about monopoly.
