Covid does not shy away from Czech celebrities and complicates their lives like everyone else. Singer Monika Absolonová also announced the covid-19 infection on Wednesday.
In January, singer Monika Absolonová joined a number of celebrities who suffered from covid-19. “Friends, yesterday we had to cancel Zašovka (ed. Concert in Zašová) due to illness. Unfortunately, that does not end there,” she wrote on her instagram on Wednesday.
She decided not to fog and would immediately tell her fans what was bothering her. “I have trachitis, antibiotics and covid. I’m completely out of service. I apologize to everyone for the complications. I’m sorry. Very much,” the singer apologizes.
“Some fatigue, mental strain and weakened immunity and illness are there. Unfortunately, we both have it with Ondra,” he describes the reasons for the postponement of the concert, where she was to perform with her colleague Ondřej Hájek. She translated it for January 30 and is postponing another performance.
“Thank you for your understanding. Take care of yourself and don’t be angry,” the singer begs the fans. Although her manager Tomáš Přeučil did not see the singer, he preferred to go for a test.
Actor Miroslav Etzler, who sent people messages from the hospital, also went through the difficult course of Covid-19 recently. In December, singer Petr Bende also had to cancel concerts. At the end of December, the legendary Queen guitarist Brian May also announced the covid infection.
Last May, Monika Absolonová announced a break-up with former hockey player Tomáš Horná, with whom he has two sons. They were together for seven years.
