Magnitude 2.7 Earthquake Strikes Near Plovdiv with No Casualties or Damage Reported

An earthquake with a magnitude of 2.7 on the Richter scale was registered shortly before 6 o’clock this morning near Plovdiv. Its epicenter was near Asenovgrad, and the depth was 12 km. There are no reports of casualties or damage.

A much more serious earthquake hit Plovdiv a month ago, on June 7, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.8.
