Looters kill black guard live on Facebook | Abroad

77-year-old David Dorn, who previously worked with the Missouri Police for 37 years, was at the door of jeweler Lee’s on the Martin Luther King drive.

Various American media reports that the man was shot in cold blood. “I saw a man die live,” writes Rasheen Aldridge of the streamed video on Facebook.

Another says she is shocked that bystanders were filming instead of helping the victim. “It is terrible if you are a victim of a robbery and you lie in your own blood and call for help, but that those images can also be seen live on social media,” says an ex-agent who says all night not having slept from the images. Facebook has since removed the video.

Captain David Dorn’s widow, who still works for the police, says that her husband volunteered as a security guard at a close friend’s store. His son Brian is devastated by his father’s murder. He had hoped that George Floyd’s death would eventually bring “something positive,” but must now arrange his father’s funeral.

Beloved man

Ex-colleagues are all full of praise for the shot-dead American. David Ellison, also a retired cop, tells Fox St Louis that Dorn was a much-loved man. “He once helped me out of poverty and misery.” Another former agent, Tom Lake, who worked with him for years, says, “David was the father everyone would want to be around.”

A representative of the St. Louis Black Agents Association says Dorn was a man “who would give his life for another if needed.”

A reward of $ 10,000 has been offered for tips in the murder case. Nobody has been arrested yet. Missouri Governor Mike Pearson called the perpetrators “criminals and scum” at a news conference.

On the door of the jeweler where David Dorn was murdered is a silent protest: “You killed a black man because they killed a black man ???

President Trump honors David Dorn in a tweet:

Actress and reality star Taeler Hendrix says to donate money for meals for poor residents in America, in memory of David Dorn.
