Al-Marsad newspaper: Anmar Al-Haili, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ittihad Club, revealed the story of contracting with the player Hamdallah and communicating with him when he was in America in a deal that he considers the best in the club.

He continued: We were in a camp in Dubai in a friendly match, and while we were sitting in the stadium, Ahmed, Hamed, and I were sitting in the stadium, and we were talking that the team needed a first-class striker, so I said, “Why don’t we answer, Hamdallah?” But his salary was very high, and Al-Ittihad Club could not pay half of his salary during that period. Because the federation was still in the construction phase, with financial matters being addressed, and the club support program was being implemented to the letter.
