Iga Świątek will perform on Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Roland Garros 2023 grand slam. The organizers of the international French championship have already announced the start time of the match between the Polish woman and the American Coco Gauff.
The top-seeded Iga Świątek reached the quarterfinals without losing a set. The 22-year-old Polish woman needs three more wins to repeat last year’s success. On Wednesday, her opponent in the quarterfinals will be marked with “six” American Coco Gauff.
The organizers of Roland Garros 2023 have already announced the game plan for the eleventh day of the Paris tournament. The current first racket of the world will be presented in the main arena, i.e. the Philippe Chatrier court. The duel of Świątek and Gauff is scheduled for 12:30.
Beatriz Haddad Maia and Ons Jabeur will be the first to play Wednesday at Philippe Chatrier’s court. The match between the Brazilian and the Tunisian will start at 11:00.
Świątek and Gauff will face each other for the seventh time in the women’s tour. For now, she has a perfect balance of games with the American. She won six bouts and didn’t lose a set. Last year, both ladies met in the final of Roland Garros and our tennis player won confidently 6:1, 6:3.
