UA man tried to rob a restaurant that was practically empty in Highlands, Kentucky, but was unlucky: the only two people to dine were a couple of policemen.

The couple was taking a night off for an outing romThentica and decided to go for a walk to a neighboring city, writes Fox News. They ended up having dinner at one of the Raising Canes chain restaurants.
The assailant, whom the police identified as Justin Carter, 30, entered the restaurant armed with his face covered, demanding money. The couple got up and chased the man, who was eventually arrested near the scene after fleeing.
Carter was accused of armed robbery and was present to a judge on Monday, the sentence being known at the end of February.
