The Ministry of Interior sent a circular on “Covid-19 Measures Audits” to 81 Provincial Governorships.
In the circular, it was stated that in the controlled social life period in the context of combating the Covid-19 epidemic, the general principles of combating the epidemic, cleaning, mask and distance rules, as well as the measures to be taken for each field of activity / business line were determined separately and activities were carried out within the framework of these rules and measures. .
Reminding that 81 Provincial Governorships were instructed to regularly monitor whether the responsibilities regarding the rules and the measures to be taken in the guides determined and published by the Ministry of Health during the controlled social life period were fulfilled, the following information was included about the inspections to be carried out throughout the country tomorrow:
“In all provinces and districts, governors, district governors, mayors, managers and staff of relevant public institutions and organizations, village / neighborhood mukhtars, professional chambers, general law enforcement units (police, gendarmerie, coast guard) and private law enforcement officers (police, private Security, etc.), with the motto ‘FOR HEALTH FOR ALL’, general inspections covering all areas of life will be held on Wednesday, August 19.
Under the management and coordination of governors, commercial taxis, market places, high society markets, urban and intercity public transportation vehicles, mosques, restaurants, restaurants, cafes, coffeehouses, cafes, cafeterias, country gardens, tea gardens, beach bands, association clubs, weddings and weddings places, internet cafes / salons and electronic play areas, barber / hairdresser / beauty center, shopping malls, park / picnic areas, etc. venues, swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, spa, SPA and sports centers, cinemas, theaters and other cultural activity venues, amusement parks and theme parks, astro pitches, billiard halls and all living areas.

The audit teams will be determined to be composed of representatives of relevant public institutions and organizations (law enforcement, local governments, provincial / district directorates, etc.) and professional chambers, taking into account the expertise of each business line or location.
An administrative fine will be imposed in accordance with Article 282 of the General Hygiene Law for those who do not comply with the measures. According to the situation of the violation, necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the actions that constitute the subject of crime.
